"Relaxing Yoga" is designed for the beginner and intermediate yoga student. This class will include breathing and relaxation techniques, stretching, joint and gland exercises, Hatha Yoga* postures and stress management techniques.
Class Time: Saturday 1:00-2:00 pm
Fee: $6 per class, payable in 4 class sessions ($24). Cash only, please.
With yoga, you will have the following benefits:

- Calms and relaxes the nerves.
- Cleanses the sinuses and respiratory passages.
- Stimulates the digestive organs.
- Promotes deep diaphragmatic breathing which develops a strong self-esteem, as well as a psitive mental attituede and emotional balance.

- It will stretch the student physically, mentally, and emotionally.

*Hatha Yoga describes any of the physical practices of yoga. A class described as Hatha, will likely be a slow-paced stretching class with some simple breathing exercises and perhaps seated meditation.
