"RELAXING YOGA" by Frank P. Ferrante 
Master Degree Certified Yoga Instructor with 17 years of teaching experience.

Author of 1998 video/text "Simple and Easy Hatha Yoga and Meditation for Everyone"  
"Relaxing Yoga" is designed for the beginner and intermediate yoga student.  This class will include breathing and relaxation techniques, stretching, joint and gland exercises, Hatha Yoga* postures and stress management techniques.


Class Time:  Saturday 1:00-2:00 pm

Fee:  $6 per class, payable in 4 class sessions ($24). Cash only, please.

With yoga, you will have the following benefits:

  • Calms and relaxes the nerves.
  • Cleanses the sinuses and respiratory passages.
  • Stimulates the digestive organs.
  • Promotes deep diaphragmatic breathing which develops a strong self-esteem, as well as a psitive mental attituede and emotional balance.

  • It will stretch the student physically, mentally, and emotionally.

*Hatha Yoga describes any of the physical practices of yoga.  A class described as Hatha, will likely be a slow-paced stretching class with some simple breathing exercises and perhaps seated meditation.
