Midwest Performance Flyers

These individuals and their training planes took part in the Midwest Performance Flyers Flight Instruction Class.

Midwest Performance Flyers meet at the Flying Field located at the La Vista Sports Complex, 66th St. South of Harrison St.  (You do not have to have a plane nor be a member to try flying with one of the clubs trainers.)

Model Airplane Flying

The Midwest Performance Flyers and the La Vista Community Center sponsor Indoor Radio Control Model Airplane flying every Monday from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm in the Community Center Gym. This is open to the public to come and watch, or you can fly your own indoor plane for a small fee of $2.00. 

Licensing

Come down and join us any Wednesday, you will find it very interesting and entertaining!!  You may purchase your model airplane flying licenses at HobbyTown, USA.  Fees are $30 for La Vista Residents; $40 for non-residents (includes 1 yr. license and Midwest Performance Flyers membership). You must have your A.M.A. card to purchase a license
