Can I store a boat, trailer, or camper on my property?
No motor vehicle (as defined by Nebraska State Statute 60-301), or boat, camper or trailer in excess of 15 feet in length or 10 feet in height, shall be parked in the front, side or rear yard of any residential lot except on paved driveways or other hard surface areas.

However, from October through April of each year any combination of boats, campers, trailers, not exceeding two (2) may be parked in the side or rear yard of residential lots and not required to be on a hard surface.
