Midwest Performance Flyers

Midwest Performance Flyers meet at the Flying Field located at the La Vista Sports Complex. (You do not have to have a plane nor be a member to try flying with one of the club’s trainers.)

Model Airplane Flying

The Midwest Performance Flyers and the La Vista Community Center sponsor Indoor Radio Control Model Airplane flying every Monday from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm in the Community Center Gym. This is open to the public to come and watch, or you can fly your own indoor plane for a small fee of $3.00.

Licensing

You may purchase your model airplane flying licenses at HobbyTown, USA. Fees are $30 for La Vista residents and $40 for non-residents. This includes 1-year license and Midwest Performance Flyers membership. You must have your AMA card to purchase a license
