Business Licensing
Don’t forget to get licensed! All businesses must have a valid license from La Vista to operate within the city. Contractors are required to be licensed for their trade before any permits can be issued.

Rental Inspection Program
The intent of the City’s Rental Inspection Program is to promote the health, safety, and welfare of those living in or near rental housing, prevent or eliminate substandard or deteriorating rental housing, and preserve residential rental properties, property values, and neighborhoods.
Review Schedule
Dates for the review of: Preliminary Plats, Final Plats, Replats, Rezoning Requests, Conditional Use Permits, Amendments, Planned Unit Developments, and other applications requiring public hearings.
